- We offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases made online or in-store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate the return process.
- We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered in any way.
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process. We define a faulty item as an item that is damaged, defective, or does not meet the specifications listed on our website. In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and we will refund your original purchase price in full.
- Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. All tags and labels must be intact and attached to the item(s) when they are returned.
- If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a fault, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to protect your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will process your refund within 4-10 business days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
